Thank you for choosing to book with us, we hope you will enjoy your stay at Elegant Resort. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.
- This booking contract form is exclusively filled by me the booking organizer at his/her sole discretion after careful consideration.
- All dignitaries/guests shall be provided the best available facilities and services upon the circumstances of the day.
- Securitydeposit of 15000 will be kept, which will be refunded on a safe checkout.
- Check-in and check-out timings are strictly followed. Over time will incur an additional 5000 per hour.
- Additional charges of Rs.1000 per person will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the limit of 30 people.
- All valuable guests shall be responsible for keeping the healthy surroundings of the Resort and taking care of non-swimmers while using the swimming pool.
- Before entering the swimming pool, please ensure to take a shower to maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool.
- Before entering the rooms please ensure to dry out or change your clothes in order for the surface of the room to stay clean and not muddy. Elegant Resort servants are not allowed to enter the rooms unless a customer request and call the keepers to clean the room.
- Please ensure to look after all the non-swimmers and pay special attention to kids. Elegant Resort management is not responsible if any non-swimmer jumps into the swimming pool due to carelessness. The booking organizer is solely responsible for all of their family activities.
- Please ensure to empty the Swimming Pool site by 5 PM if you have a booking for the DayPackage OR 5 AM if you have a booking in the Night Package.
- Any damages/loss to assets of the farmhouse shall be paid on the spot.
- Persons booking the Elegant Resort will ensure control of activities of children for their own physical safety as well as the safety of Elegant Resort properties, plants, trees, etc. Especially fragile items i.e.- globes, electronic devices, rooms, furniture, etc.
- All kinds of Unethical and illegal activities are not allowed this includes the use of drugs/drinking/air firing dance parties etc.
- The use of Loud Speakers and High-power flashlights is not allowed.
- Administration is under obligation to report the concerned authorities and the user shall be held responsible if any illegal or unethical activity is carried out.
- Elegant Resort management reserves the right to refer the matter to law-enforcing agencies in case any party indulges in a fight and disturbs the peace of the neighboring residents.
- Electricityat the Resort is completely operated through Solar In addition Generator backup is also included. Inconvenience is regretted in case of unexpected failure of the generator/air conditioner or any electronic appliance.
- Any inconvenience caused due to uncertainty shall be regretted without affording any risk and loss.
- The Booking Person and his/her family shall fully cooperate with Resort Management and staff.
- Noisy and Rowdy behavior is prohibited and is not permitted.
- ElegantResort management will accept no responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings.
- There is no foolproof arrangement against natural calamities.
- Elegant Resort Management reserves the right to give or not to give the bookings at its sole discretion.
- The amount of Booking is not refundable/adjustable.
In view of the mentioned particulars, I do hereby undertake that I will abide by the terms of the booking as mentioned above.
